YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE 

Reporting into the People & Culture Global Director, the P&C Advisor, People Operations will be responsible for the development and execution of HR practices, processes, goals, and initiatives across the region. You will provide both strategic and hands-on HR support to ensure legal compliance, operational excellence, talent development, and a positive employee experience across all EMEA locations. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders in the region and champion the WilsonHCG culture and values throughout the employee lifecycle. An influential leader, you will leverage your expertise to advance the HR agenda and enable business success in the EMEA region.   

YOU WILL: 

Supervisory Responsibilities:  

  • May lead and manage P&C professionals to include, but not limited to, generalists, specialists, consultants, coordinators and interns.  
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes employee development, engagement, and high performance.  
  • Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of HR team members for the EMEA region.  

  
Essential Job Functions:  

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals to drive a collaborative, high-performance culture across the EMEA region.  
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with regional leadership by gaining an in-depth understanding of their business needs and challenges.  
  • Oversee HR operations, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with regional regulations.  
  • Act as a coach and advisor to managers, providing guidance on talent management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.  
  • Lead or contribute to special projects, acquisitions, and change management efforts in the region.  
  • Collaborate with People & Culture shared services teams to enhance HR service delivery and optimize systems and processes across the EMEA region.  
  • Use regional workforce data and analytics to inform leadership decisions and provide actionable insights.  
  • Champion the company’s culture and values throughout the employee lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership.  
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR and other relevant HR-related laws and policies in the EMEA region.  
  • Undertake other duties as needed to support EMEA business goals. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 5+ years of HR Advisor experience supporting a dynamic, fast-paced organization or industry in the EMEA region.  
  • Expertise in employment laws, HR best practices, talent development, and culture building in EMEA.  
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.  
  • Leadership skills to influence and collaborate with all levels of management.  
  • Excellent project management, communication, presentation and coaching skills.  
  • Advanced degree or HRCI certification preferred.  
  • Experience in staffing/talent acquisition industry a plus.  
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality, maintaining the utmost professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters.  
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools, Workday and Avature highly preferred.
