YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE
As an Implementation Project Manager for MSP (Managed Service Program), you will lead the implementation and management of contingent labor solutions, ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing support for client accounts. This role is focused on managing the end-to-end delivery of MSP solutions, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
The Implementation Project Manager will report to the Global Implementation Director and will be expected to:
Lead MSP and other related implementations for clients, including managing internal and client-facing projects.
Oversee the Supplier Engagement, VMS Technology, Data Analysis, and Communications/Change Management workstreams within the MSP projects.
Be accountable for end-to-end project planning, scope management, risk mitigation, and successful execution across all project phases.
Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients to manage expectations, maintain stakeholder alignment, and resolve issues quickly.
