YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE

The Talent Administration and Coordination (TAC) Team Lead will assist in motivating, mentoring, and developing TAC team members in best practices to ensure client satisfaction and team member efficiencies while taking responsibility for his/her own performance and client accountabilities. In this role, associates will be resilient, motivated to succeed, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The TAC Team Lead will report to the TAC Manager and assist in ensuring the TAC team achieves successful execution of the services the team delivers, as well as address personal development areas including level advancement, and assist with the on-boarding and training of new team members.


ABOUT YOU

 

  • Train and develop TAC team/individuals as required while maintaining individual excellence in his or her individual responsibilities as a TAC team member
  • Monitor, evaluate, and maintain TAC team performance 
  • Participate in the decision-making process of adding talent & onboarding new employees 
  • Lead TAC team calls; reporting and managing risks, coaching & inspecting teamwork, and other duties as assigned 
  • Present ideas on process improvements across the TAC team 
  • Track & maintain quality assurance and compliance across the team 
  • Build and maintain training manuals and individualized training for TAC team
  • Assist in managing coverage and allocation 
  • Being on all training calls when new/additional training takes place  
  • Acting as the first point of escalation with ROMs/CRMs 
  • Seeking out and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Consulting with ROMs/recruiters for process efficiency
  • Acting as coverage/support when volumes increase 
  • Taking ownership for team success 
  • Partnering with the manager on challenging conversations with team members
  • Supporting TAC manager with strategic projects
  • Demonstrating thought-leadership via blogging, committee participation, leading task forces as assigned by TAC Manager

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Have a solid understanding of the TAC suite of services and the ability to perform these tasks
  • Ability to build relationships within TAC team & client teams
  • Ability to work with others to problem-solve
  • Encourage TAC team to think outside of the box & be solution-oriented
  • Provide direction in the areas of individual assessment, career planning, and development
  • Ability to be flexible and change direction/priorities quickly 
  • Ability to learn and improve from constructive criticism
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies for daily and weekly reporting
  • Ability to proactively impact the big picture with the effects of delivery’s work
  • Strong systems experience and proven experience in data management and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A genuine interest in and understanding of multiple recruiting platforms & administration tools
  • Strong interpersonal skils
