About the Role:
 

The Resource Consultant will play a crucial role in efficiently managing Global MSP recruitment activities, focusing on identifying and building diverse talent pools and delivering exceptional Client experiences. This role demands a strategic approach to recruitment, excellent communication skills to collaborate with vendors and the Client. You will act as a change agent, requiring the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, driving innovation and demonstrating business maturity. The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and a commitment to continuous improvement in Program Management, including administrative processes are key to succeeding in this dynamic position. 

 

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Responsive Vendor Partner Engagement: Promptly respond to requests from vendor partners for filling position vacancies across region. Utilize advanced technology portals to ensure effective and timely communication of requisitions. 
  • Dynamic Talent Pool Management: Skillfully build and manage candidate talent pools using leveraging our VMS technology. 
  • Exceptional Program Delivery Experience: Provide consistent positive and engaging experiences to vendors and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Ensure every interaction is professional, respectful, and leaves a lasting positive impression. 
  • Comprehensive Candidate Profiles: Ensure detailed and insightful submission profiles for candidates that go beyond their resumes. Highlight unique skills, experiences, and attributes to better match candidates with suitable roles. 
  • High Client Satisfaction Standards: Aim to achieve and maintain a minimum SLA target as defined by each client relationship with a minimum of 95% overall satisfaction rate. This is measured by prompt response times and the ability to submit qualified candidates within stringent deadlines. 
  • Active Participation in Status Calls: Regularly engage in weekly status calls to discuss open requisitions. Provide updates, insights, and strategic plans for ongoing and upcoming recruitment activities. 
  • Achievement of Weekly Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets for candidate submissions and administrative tasks. Demonstrate effectiveness and efficiency in recruitment operations. 
  • Program Growth and Efficiency Identification: Proactively identify opportunities for program growth and operational efficiencies. Suggest innovative strategies and solutions to enhance the recruitment process and deliver better results. 

 

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Educational and Professional Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation for understanding complex business environments and recruitment strategies. 
  • Recruitment Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment role, with broader HR experience considered as valuable and transferable. 
  • Strategic Recruiting Approach: A purposeful and strategic mindset towards recruiting, focusing on aligning recruitment practices with broader business objectives. 
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the recruitment process. 
  • Technological Proficiency: Adeptness at quickly learning and utilizing new technologies, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment operations. 
  • Customer-Oriented Approach: Demonstrated experience in building and managing candidate relationships, emphasizing a customer-oriented mindset in all interactions. 
  • Innovative Initiative: The initiative to suggest and implement new programs and processes that enhance service offerings, demonstrating a proactive and creative approach to continuous improvement. 
  • Independent Operation: Ability to effectively operate as a one-person unit, with support from a Manager overseeing the program, showcasing strong independence and self-management skills. 
  • Prioritization and Decision-Making: Excellent decision-making skills, particularly in prioritizing work to add the most value to the business. 
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English facilitating clear and effective interactions with a diverse range of stakeholders. 
  • Role as a Change Agent: Ability to act as a "change agent," driving innovation and transformation within the recruitment function. 
  • Multi-Tasking and Stress Management: The capacity to multi-task effectively, coupled with strong stress management skills, essential in a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment environment.
