YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE 

  • Be part of a service-oriented team dedicated to supporting employees throughout their journey, including onboarding, the employee lifecycle, and offboarding 
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data compliance within P&C people systems, including but not limited to Workday, Smartsheet, and Jira 
  • Answer and document HR inquiries about onboarding, benefits, HRIS, time off, policies, etc.  
  • Advise employees and leaders on policy-related questions, employee concerns, terminations, notice periods, and other workforce matters 
  • Conduct data audits to uphold regulatory compliance 
  • Participate in strategy building on how to continuously elevate the function of the teams’ support to the workforce 


YOU WILL: 

  • Thrive in collaborative environments, actively participating in company committees and organizing team social events to strengthen workplace culture 
  • Be adaptable and proactive, taking on ad-hoc projects and additional responsibilities with enthusiasm and initiative 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 1-3 years’ human resource operations or HR shared services experience  
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities 
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with experience in building and maintaining relationships 
  • Strong understanding of Mexican employment laws and compliance regulations, providing guidance as needed 
  • Demonstrated experience supporting HR operations in the United States, with a solid grasp of U.S. HR policies and practices 
  • Ability to navigate and bridge the compliance and operational needs of both Mexico and the U.S. within an HR context 
  • Workday HCM experience required
