In this role, you will be responsible for our recruitment operations and business expansion in Mexico. The Director will be critical to the successful launch of Mexico involved in various areas from resource talent attraction, training, and development of the teams, to collaborating on the strategic planning of delivery. Responsible for delivering innovative and consultative recruitment solutions to our clients. You will be an adaptable enthusiastic people leader and have demonstrable experience of successfully managing teams.

As part of the Mexico Recruiting Operations team you will be expected to contribute to the overall performance of the solution, including the management of budgets, service level agreements and future growth. In addition, you will need to balance a wide range of activities including operational leadership, account development /expansion and solution design and pricing. You will help WilsonHCG become a valued partner with the client to ensure that the relationship continues to grow.


  • Working with Senior leaders in the development and detailed maintenance of client and WHCG relationships
  • Driving successful outcomes for both WHCG and the Client, with service excellence at the core
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across areas of responsibility
  • Through innovative thought, contributing to the strategic vision of the solution to help generate renewals and identify new opportunities for additional needs
  • Working with the wider leadership team to develop targets, budgets, and SLAs and manage performance against these
  • Active participation in WHCG growth across the region
  • Ownership of account P&L, managing revenue/costs to ensure profitability and meet company targets
  • Responsible for supporting the mentoring, coaching, and development of the team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, as well as building out performance improvement plans.
  • Manage and lead a team of Recruiters, driving performance results across the assigned account(s).
  • Recruiting operations focused to include but are not limited to daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals, building out individual recruiter equations, and making agile adjustments to goals.
  • Handles all direct employee issues and processes, including ongoing performance management, appraisal process, and development planning.
  • Ensure the team is educated on their metrics as it relates to the current SLAs outlined in the SOW and the impacts of missing or meeting those targets as it relates to the recruiter's performance.
  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction, respond with urgency when situations arise, and take proactive steps to ensure a high level of productivity.
  • Foster a high-performance culture across the team(s).
  • Ability to identify and prioritize short- and long-term goals as it relates to the account and recruiter’s desk.
  • Strong partnership and collaboration with CRM as well as members of Sr Leadership, Clients and external partners. Requirements:
  • The 6-month term is split over 12 to 18 months (about 1 and a half years), schedule TBD (split time 2/1, 3/1, …)
  • Fluent in Spanish (Native/Bilingual) with experience working in a business environment in Spanish highly preferred/required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication and ability to clearly set expectations and objectives
  • Ability to develop and present recruiting strategy plans for delivery clients and execute across the team
  • Previous and proven leadership / supervisory experience in RPO or Staffing industry preferred

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, WilsonHCG offers a minimum range salary between $70,000 - $100,000 + bonus potential based on performance. Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and industry knowledge
