YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE 
 
Reports to: VP, CWS NAM 

  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize the end-to-end sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • CRM Management: Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Hubspot) to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data, including lead generation, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking. 
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Analyze sales data to identify key metrics and make data-driven recommendations. 
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to maximize their productivity and effectiveness, including sales collateral development, process documentation, and training sessions. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives. 
  • Process Documentation: Document sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability. 
  • Sales Forecasting: Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales pipeline analysis. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance sales operations efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, and maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy. 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Proven experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related role. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), ZoomInfo and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • Knowledge of staffing industry trends and practices (preferred but not required).
