YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE 

Wilson is seeking a motivated, consultative and experienced Team Lead, Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, dynamic and hardworking team. Someone that will play an integral part in acting as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate. In this role, you will combine cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver the best talent to meet the critical recruiting needs of our clients. We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong, independent work ethic, knowledge of best practices for attracting top talent, develop and champion strong working relationships and a passion for providing excellent client satisfaction. Our Recruiters provide an exceptional candidate experience through management of all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for both interviews and for hire. 

YOU WILL: 

  • Assist Recruiting Manager in developing team into expert Recruitment Consultants and inspire them to exceed goals  
  • Lead the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering candidate and client feedback  
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management, demonstrating the ability to anticipate client needs and hiring manager preferences by delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios  
  • Develop a creative and dedicated recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates and share techniques with team members  
  • Present strong talent for open positions, overcoming objections in the hiring process  
  • Counsel the hiring manager (client) in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes focusing on adding value and doing what is best for the client. Assists team members on how to develop skill sets in this area  
  • Mentors and develops new and existing team members and inspires them to exceed goals  
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company, fine-tuning standard processes that fit within our mission to deliver the highest quality results to the client  
  • Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking system data entry and reports in addition to auditing team metrics, process adherence and administrative compliance  

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to successfully support all facets of recruiting including competitive market research, cold calling, internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates  
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in the field of Recruiting and the RPO industry, offering specialized skills to the client  
  • Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline driven environment  
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcome  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially able to communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand  
  • Ability to prioritize time and work effectively, keeping recruiting pipeline in consideration at all times.  
  • Additionally, able to confidently communicate pipeline to others  
  • Act as a senior level consultant on sourcing strategies, industry and market trends  
  • Ability to execute recruitment strategies and employer promotion in the marketplace, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationship  
  • Easily adopts change and demonstrates flexibility when direction or priorities shift, and creating a sense of urgency and consensus across teams  
  • Actively participates on recruiting team and looks for ways to make valuable contributions in addition to cultivating an environment of open collaboration  
  • Displays a high sense of ownership, offering assistance during downtime and account transition  
  • Participates in special projects, recruiting initiatives and stretch assignments, as assigned.
