YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE 

As a Senior Client Services Executive, your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning, client relationship management, and business development. You'll start your day by reviewing your pipeline, prioritizing leads, and scheduling client meetings. You'll then dive into strategic discussions with your recruitment team, aligning client needs and developing tailored recruitment solutions. Next, you'll engage in client outreach, whether it's following up on leads, attending industry events, or connecting with potential clients via LinkedIn. The afternoon might involve presenting a compelling proposal to a prospective client, negotiating contracts, or providing ongoing support to existing clients. You'll wrap up your day by analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and setting goals for the following day. 

YOU WILL: 

  • Act as a key representative of the company through attracting new and expanding existing client relationships. 
  • Working closely with the Recruitment Delivery team and ad hoc Account Management duties 
  • Partner with the recruitment and solutions teams to effectively implement recruitment campaigns 
  • Forging new client relationships through unsolicited outreach, events, networking and social media, and tracking leads through the sales funnel 
  • Growing revenue and meet targets in all categories of the recruitment services and position Wilson as a Total Talent Solution partner 
  • Follow up on leads, and prepare and organize sales collateral, and present in person and virtually to prospective clients 

REQUIREMENTS:    

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or business development within the recruitment, staffing, or professional services industry. A proven track record of success in a 360-degree recruitment consulting role is highly preferred. 
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. 
  • Demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. 
  • Possess strong follow-up skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
